My name is Tegan Lewis-Waite, and I am the proud founder and owner of PowerFilled Mama. 

I am a wife, labor and delivery doula, certified childbirth educator (CBI), and adoring mama. 

After spending 5 years teaching in the world of Elementary Education,

I left to build my own family with my husband, Aaron, and to pursue learning more about a passion of mine, birth!

I attended my first trainings in the Fall of 2022 and have been hooked ever since. 

One of my core beliefs is that every women is entitled to a safe, informed, and empowered birth experience. 

I believe in autonomy and radical responsibility over birth choices.

It is my goal to provide tools, and resources to my clients so that they are embolden to make decisions confidently surrounding their pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. 

In addition, it is a passion of mine to build community, and connect people to each other, and to resources.

We have so many incredible providers, organizations, opportunities, and families, just know you are not alone!
