Your Empowered
Birth
All things pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. This class is comprehensive & hands on with skills based learning opprotunities.
Weekend Workshop Format:
1 day class 9am-4:30pm
with a 30 min lunch break.
Monday Night Session Format:
3 night classes from 6pm-8:30pm.
This course is ideal for parents in any stage of pregnancy; preconception through the third trimester. Pregnancy and birth are a team sport, so it is highly encouraged that your spouse, or your labor support person (mom, sibling, friend) attend with you.
This class will cover many topics with a focus on: understanding signs and the stages of labor, pain management options, positions and movement in labor, comfort measures, birth partner participation, writing a birth plan, breastfeeding, postpartum and more!
This class will include interactive activities as well as hands on opportunities to actually apply the skills we discuss. Come build community with other expecting families and learn about local resources for your family.

1-1 birth education100% tailored to you, your birth supporter, and your specific areas of curiosity and needs.
Ideal for any expecting parents. Whether it is your first time or your fourth, grow your confidence around pregnancy, labor, and birth in a completely tailored to you environment.
This offering starts with a 30 minute virtual meeting with me. Here we will get to know each other and go over topics. This will help me have a better understanding of you specific needs and areas of curiosity.
After this meeting, expect a follow up from me, as we plan our future meeting(s) with your personalized course.
