Your Empowered
Birth
All things pregnancy, labor, and delivery-16 hours of comprehensive, hands on, skills based learning!
This course is the most comprehensive class offered. Ideal for parents in the first or second trimester, or even for couples who are preparing to start building their families and want to get a head start. Pregnancy and birth are a team sport, so it is highly encouraged that your spouse, or your labor support person (mom, sibling, friend) attend.

This class will cover topics such as: choosing a caregiver and place of birth, making decisions and communicating with providers, stages of labor, pain management, positions and movement in labor, writing a birth plan, golden hour, decisions for baby, breastfeeding, and more!

This class will include interactive activities as well as hands on opportunities to actually apply the skills we discuss. Come build community with other expecting families and learn about local resources for your family.

Rooted Pregnancy, Birth, and Beyond
8 hours of comprehensive, hands on, skills based learning with a focus on natural and gentle beginnings.
Built to Birth- your body knows, but do you!? Learn to trust your instincts, and understand how your body was intricately designed to birth. This class is ideal for parents who desire a more natural approach to pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

This class will cover topics such as: choosing a caregiver and place of birth, making decisions and communicating with providers, stages of labor, pain management, positions and movement in labor, writing a birth plan, golden hour, decisions for baby, breastfeeding and more. With all of these topics we will focus on a more rooted and natural approach based in research and best practice.

This class will include interactive activities as well as hands on opportunities to actually apply the skills we discuss. Come build community with other like-minded expecting families and learn about local resources for you and yours.

Beyond the Basics
Plan for your next level labor- 8 hours of comprehensive, hands on, skills based review and learning!
Empowered Birth- Your Next Chapter! This class is ideal for parents who have already experienced pregnancy, labor, and birth and would like to brush up on specific skills or are looking for a more empowering experience.

This class will cover topics such as: previous pregnancy and labor experiences, making decisions and communicating with providers, advocating for specific labor desires, managing pain and discomfort, positions and movement in labor, writing a birth plan, postpartum planning, and more!
​
This class will include interactive activities as well as hands on opportunities to actually apply the skills we discuss.

My Way.
1-1 birth education100% tailored to you, your birth supporter, and your specific areas of curiosity and needs
Ideal for any expecting parents. Whether it is your first time or your 4th time, grow your confidence around pregnancy, labor, and birth in a completely tailored to you environment.

This option starts with a 30 minute virtual meeting with me. Here we will get to know each other and go over topics. This will help me have a better understanding of you specific needs and areas of curiosity. ​

After this meeting, expect a follow up from me, as we plan our future meetings with your personalized course.
