Free Classes & Workshops

Thanks to a grant opportunity, I am able to offer FREE, in person, Birth Education classes to people in central Vermont. Starting in October 2026 and running monthly through July 2027, a free birth class will be held each month. Spaces are limited to 5 'couples' (birthing mother and their support person) so you must sign up ahead of time. Enrollment works on a first come, first serve basis. If a class is filled up, I will have a waitlist available, and I will happily work with you as much as I can to ensure you can get into a class. Whether pregnant, planning to conceive soon, or just curious, grab your spot today! 

First time mom? Third time mom? It doesn't matter where you are along your motherhood journey, you belong here! Let's gather together to hear, share and support.

(food and child care available!)

We have some AMAZING learning opportunities and resources lined up including: lactation support, pelvic floor therapist, pre & post natal mental health professionals, local doulas, RRMC OBGYNs, acupuncturist, nutritionist, pre & post natal yoga instructors, and MORE!

Regardless of where you are on your journey; preconception, pregnant, or postpartum, we will have something for you!
